At SafeShot Vaults, customer satisfaction and secure product delivery are our priorities. Please review our Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item was delivered damaged or defective

The wrong product was shipped

The product is unused and in its original packaging
To qualify for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be:

In original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Used or installed safes

Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Customized or special-order safes

Clearance or final sale items
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your safe arrives damaged:

Inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery.

Note any visible damage with the delivery carrier before signing.

Take clear photos of the packaging and product.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may affect your claim.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please email:
Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a detailed explanation of the issue.
If your return is approved:

Return shipping costs may apply unless the error was ours.

A restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before shipment. Once an item has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
